too many thing   to stress , too many thing to  handle .  just  make  me  dont know  where is my  next step ? what can  i do  , in oders  for me  jump  out this   box ?  really  need a   mauna.  for my  self .   deep  thinking  , deep  breath  .   just  smile  to  over come it . and i know i can  do it.
